No 65 is a two bedroom townhouse style property spread over 2 floors with direct entrance from the street. No 63 is a first floor apartment with two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The property is just 30 minutes drive from St Malo or 15 minutes from Dinard Airport situated directly across the street from the River Rance, benefiting from lovely views over the river and quayside to the open fields beyond. A few minutes stroll along the quayside will bring you to Dinan's historic port area where there is a good choice of restaurants, cafés and an excellent bakery. The picturesque town centre can be reached by walking up the steep cobbled street of the Rue du Jerzual in approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively it is only a short drive into the town centre or during the summer there is a tourist street train.


No 65 Rue du Quai, Dinan Port


This is a townhouse style duplex apartment on two floors  with its own front door opening directly onto Rue du Quai.

There is a spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large sofa and one other comfortable seat; a television receiving both English and French channels, a DVD player plus a good choice of board games.

The kitchen/dining area is situated adjacent with a large farmhouse dining table and six chairs and a rear door opening onto the courtyard. A WC with hand basin is also at this level.

An old wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two singles, a shower room and a second small sitting room, all with excellent  views to the river and the countryside beyond.

The well equipped kitchen includes a full size electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, toaster, and cafetiere.


There are two bicycles available for the use of guests together with helmets. Use of the bicycles is at guest's own risk.

There is currently no wifi in the apartment but there is good 4G and local Orange Hotspot coverage.




Between the two bedrooms, the small, sunny sitting room has a sofa, two chairs and full length windows opening onto a small Juliette balcony providing superb views over the river. The bathroom is accessed from this sitting area and comprises a shower, washbasin and WC.


The spiral staircase has been retained as part of the building's character, the nature of this staircase makes the apartment unsuitable for young children or guests with mobility difficulties. Heating is by electric radiators.


Outside, at the rear of the property, is a paved courtyard with a small rock garden and two seating areas. The seating area immediately outside the back door is for your priority use. There is also a portable barbecue unit.

 Free parking is available along the Rue du Quai.
